Welcome to Mosman Bowling Club
The members of Mosman Bowling Club pride themselves on our beautiful old building, gardens and well maintained greens. We are one of the few 100+ year old clubs in Sydney and the oldest club in the Mosman Municipality.
We welcome visitors to use our facilities for private functions, community and corporate events. Just call Rhian in the office on 9969 5198 to discuss your requirements. We specialise in large corporate events where bowls is part of team building or celebration activities. If you are interested in playing bowls it would be difficult to find a more friendly and inclusive club.

Round 1 of Open Pennants has brought a mixed bag of results for Mosman – Grade 4 won convincingly over North Sydney 71/42 (9-1), while Grade 6 lost at West Pymble 72/57 (2/8) and Grade 7 had the narrowest of losses at Seaforth, 57/56 (2/8). Both Grades 6 & 7 won 2 rinks of the 3 but lost on the big board, so a pretty good effort to start the season!
Round 1 of the Waterman Trophy saw a decisive 2 rinks to 1 win to Mosman over Manly, 74/44. A great start to the Waterman for the home club, and a positive result just before the Pennant season commences on Saturday 6th March.
We were saddened to learn of the passing of two of our more senior bowlers – our sincerest sympathies to the families of Jim Kemp and John Milne.
Our 2021 Open Fours Champions are Ralph Walker, George Lindsay, Snowy Kable and Scott Denham who scored a dramatic come from behind win over Alan Carpenter, Brin Kerwood, Harry Evans and Dom Carlesso on the last bowl of the match. With a deficit of 6 shots going into the 20th end a win to Scott’s team seemed very unlikely but a six on that end and one shot on the last was the difference. A brilliant last bowl from Dom was not quite enough for him to pull the match out of the fire. Congrats to Scott’s team for winning an exciting final.
The Mufti Pairs finalists are decided with Jenny & Jeff Hole to meet Istvan Toth & George Fotis.
